This type of customization has, until now, only been available to a select few. Phil Vinton graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He moved to Austin, Texas in 1980 and began his career in the Aerospace Industry. Phil became the supervisor of manufacturing and assembly before working on exo-atmospheric launch systems and several black compartmentalized projects. He then entered the biomedical field where he became the Manager of Process Engineering for a major Orthopedic Implant Manufacturing Company. After joining as a principle owner of a firearm manufacturing company, Phil entered into sales and marketing for a large distribution company and a contract manufacturing company. Phil formed Elite Sport Products, L.P. in the fall of 2004 with the intention of developing and distributing a line of high end products for the golfing industry. As CEO, Phil will be overseeing the design, manufacture, assembly, and marketing efforts for the Company. |

Dan Gonzales

Dan Gonzales started his golfing career while he was still in the Army working as a medic. Dan won the Volvo Championship which qualified him for the German Open. He then traveled back to Florida and entered the South Florida Tour for two years. Dan is currently a Class A PGA Professional and performs several putter clinics each year. Dan is an excellent teacher of the game and excels particularly in the short game. Dan came up with the original concept of the Dead On putter design, and his efforts include contacting PGA Professionals, teaching others about our product line, consumer sales, and completing our line of associated distributors.

Jim Parrish brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team in the areas of finance, manufacturing process control, and quality control. Jim is a Registered Professional Engineer with the State of Texas and has both a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering Degree as well as an MBA. Jim's previous experience has involved him in the aerospace, industrial products, and consumer product industry. His endeavors as principle owner of manufacturing corporations will bring strength in many operational areas of Elite Sport Products, L.P. |
